Fachai Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the fachai platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Account Entry
By registering or using the fachai platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Account registration on fachai is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Attempts to register multiple accounts for any purpose may result in all such accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
Account Security and User Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their fachai account username and password. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, including any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
You are advised to use a strong password, keep your login credentials confidential, and change your password regularly. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the fachai support team immediately.
- Never share your password with anyone, including those claiming to be fachai staff.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on public or shared devices.
- Ensure the email address linked to your account is active and accessible only by you.
- Report any suspicious activity to customer support immediately.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
Fachai platform users are required to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, fraud, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The following activities are prohibited on the fachai platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity during registration.
- Transferring funds linked to money laundering activities.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through dishonest means.
- Disrupting, hacking, or attempting to alter the platform's systems or code.
Fachai reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account termination and freezing of funds while the investigation is ongoing.
Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the fachai platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include local bank transfers, FPX, and local e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go. fachai does not accept payments in foreign currencies unless otherwise stated.
Deposits to your fachai account are generally processed instantly, depending on the method chosen. Withdrawals are subject to standard security checks before approval. Processing times for withdrawals range from one to three business days, depending on the bank or payment method used.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. fachai is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method. Any taxes or additional charges imposed by the bank are the sole responsibility of the user.
Liability Limits and Account Termination Policy
Fachai is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including technical disruptions, temporary platform unavailability, or errors in information display caused by factors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no implied warranties regarding continuous stability.
Fachai reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent activity, misconduct, or violation of these terms. In such cases, the account balance may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the fachai support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable terms.
Intellectual Property, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, and software on the fachai platform are the exclusive property of fachai or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written permission from fachai.
The fachai platform may contain links or references to third-party services. fachai is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Fachai reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are announced constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the fachai platform should first be resolved through internal support channels before being referred to any relevant authority.
